These British made scaffolders' belts and frogs are constructed from thick riveted chrome split leather to a design that has been popular since 1970.
Chrome leather is tanned using chromium salts, which gives it a slightly blue colour. It is more supple than vegetable-tanned leather and does not discolour or lose shape as much in water.
